NOTES

- Clients are required to leave a credit card imprint to cover
incidentials. If clients DO NOT have a credit card they are
required to leave US$100 deposit which will be credited to the
passengers account and if no incidentials are incurred, the
money is refunded upon check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 5days prior to arrival will be charged
1 night cancellation fee and tax together with applicable
charges by Pinpoint Travel Group.

No shows and Early Departures incur 1 night canellation fee
and tax together with applicable charges by Pinpoint Travel.

If clients call on the day of arrival to make a change to an
existing reservation, a fee of 1 night will be charged even if
your amending the check-out date. A new voucher needs to be
issued by Pinpoint Travel Group and faxed to the property.
